Introduction By using HeyHo’s services, the user is required to follow the rules and codes of conduct as set out herein. The Code of Conduct 1. User is required to provide accurate and correct personal information of himself/herself during registration process of HeyHo’s account and not impersonating any other person. 2. User is required to provide a valid payment method to use our payment service for all purchases on HeyHo App. 3. User shall not use the HeyHo App and/or services for any illegal purposes. 4. User shall not involve in any money laundering activities with all money spent on HeyHo App and/or services. 5. Do not make any unreasonable complaint and/or any bad review on any of the Merchant and/or seller which is untrue. 6. User may rate the merchant and/or seller with good rating if they are satisfied with the items and/or foods sold and delivered. 7. User may provide their feedback and/or any recommendations to the merchant and/or seller on a fair and reasonable ground. 8. Do not use any words and/or any expression which is obscene, abusive, rude and/or disrespectful on the platform. 9. Do not steal or attempt to steal any personal information of any other users and/or merchant or seller. 10. User must be aged 18 years to hold a HeyHo’s account, and this means minor must be accompanied by adult. User must meet legal requirements to buy alcohol. 11. Do not share account or create duplicate accounts. 12. User to keep the account details up to date. Violation of the Code of Conduct HeyHo set a high standard of conduct to be complied by the user to ensure that the services provided are safe and users are protected while using HeyHo’s App and/or services. This is also to safeguard the interest of all users and to prevent HeyHo’s App and/or services from any potential criminal activities. Future update of the Code of Conduct This Code may be updated from time to time. User may refer to HeyHo’s website for the most up-to-date version of this Code.
